SwiphtBib — Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading or using SwiphtBib you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

Subject to the Apple EULA and these Terms, Pengfan Chang (the "Developer"), trading as Swipht Group, grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use SwiphtBib on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

Purchases

• •SwiphtBib is free to download with a 60-day trial. A one-time feature unlock removes the trial limit; the features included at the time of purchase remain usable.
• •Optional paid updates may unlock features in major future releases. Declining them keeps everything you already own.
• •All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the app to violate any applicable law or third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use of references and sources complies with applicable copyright and academic-integrity rules.

Disclaimer & liability

SwiphtBib is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your library and manuscripts.

Changes & contact
