SwiphtAgents Privacy Policy

The desktop apps store their wallet ID, wallet secret, local history, settings, and generated exports on your device. swiphtgroup.com receives the wallet ID during checkout and restore so the backend can bind subscription access to the app install.

Questionnaire prompts and generation parameters are sent to the SwiphtAgents backend when you request generation. AI provider access and usage metering remain server-side. Generated history is saved locally in the desktop app unless you export or share it.

Direct subscriptions are processed by Creem. swiphtgroup.com stores checkout, subscription, and hashed restore-key records needed to verify access. Restore keys are stored as one-way hashes, not plaintext.

The app may call backend endpoints for investor reports, personal context, proactive schedules, and proactive drafts when you use those controls. Only submit personal context you are comfortable using with the hosted backend.
