SwiphtAgents Terms

Terms for the Windows installer, GNU/Linux AppImage, and direct swiphtgroup.com subscription path.

SwiphtAgents desktop builds are distributed only from swiphtgroup.com as a Windows x64 installer and GNU/Linux x86_64 AppImage. The app is licensed for personal or organizational use by the subscriber while subscription access is active.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-month free trial. After the trial, direct web subscriptions renew at USD 0.99/month or USD 2.99/year until canceled through the payment provider.

A restore key is required to activate direct subscription access in the desktop app. Keep it private. swiphtgroup.com can issue backend subscription claims only for active or still-valid paid subscription periods.

Generated questionnaires, investor reports, and proactive drafts are informational outputs. You are responsible for reviewing them before use in research, business, finance, education, or other real-world decisions.

Do not redistribute the installer or AppImage through third-party mirrors, package registries, GitHub Releases, or app stores. Link to the official download page instead.
