Before sending details
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private documents, or sensitive page contents. If a specific public URL fails to load, include the URL and the error message shown by the app.
Common questions
A page has no readable text.
Some sites render their main content through JavaScript, block automated requests, require a login, or provide content as media rather than HTML text. SwiphtBrowser may report that no readable text is available for those pages.
Images, videos, or custom fonts are missing.
That is expected. SwiphtBrowser is designed to avoid rendering page media, embedded content, canvas content, SVG artwork, and downloaded web fonts in the reader view.
Subscription access does not appear.
For direct GNU/Linux or Windows builds, paste the restore key shown during checkout and refresh access. For store builds, use the restore purchases action and confirm that you are signed into the same store account that purchased SwiphtBrowser Access.
A form does not work.
SwiphtBrowser supports simple GET and POST forms. File upload, camera, microphone, geolocation, payments, WebAuthn, downloads, and other high-risk or media-heavy capabilities are outside the v1 reader scope.
